The Kwazulu-Natal Society of Arts is calling on residents to the take on the Plastic free July Challenge, (click here for more info)where you can find different elements of what the month is about.

Things like:

What you can do: how you can get started, different aspects you can get involved in such as in your community, local government and even at your school!

What others do: a great portal where ideas are shared whether you are wanting to reduce your plastic consumption at work, at home or at events. This section has it all, including inspirational stories to get you motivated and take action in your local community.

Resource: this is where you can take plastic free July to a higher level with access to posters and videos as tools to use to create your own movement in your area or business. Or simply to learn more with a variety of resources to guide you on the challenges we face in reducing our plastic waste and how to overcome them.

Events: currently the website features Plastic Free July events only in Cape Town, however anyone can post an event whether it be a beach cleanup or hosting an educational film evening. Lets get Durban on that map shall we?
